About Me

Hi, I’m Hilina — a mom, a mover, and the heart behind Rebloom Dance. I created this class with one goal in mind: to help moms feel alive and connected again. As a new mom myself, I know how overwhelming it can be to care for someone else while trying to hold on to pieces of yourself. I used to love dancing and working out, but after having my son, I lost that rhythm — both physically and emotionally. That’s when it hit me: what if there was a space where moms could move, release stress, and feel supported by one another? That’s how Rebloom Dance was born.

This class is a safe, joyful space for moms like you to:

• Move to the beat and reconnect with your body
• Share your journey with other moms who get it
• Shake off stress and celebrate yourself
• Feel empowered, revived, and rebloomed

We dance to all kinds of music, laugh together, and remind ourselves that we’re not alone. You’ve got this, mama. You’re only one step away from rediscovering your spark. At Rebloom Dance, we're not just dancing — we’re rediscovering ourselves. Whether it's drawing, singing, poetry, or something else, every mom has a gift. When signing up, please let me know what you'd love to explore — we embrace every form of creative expression and will include it in classes!
